Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Zyvenor's website at zyvenor.org or any of our services. By accessing our platform or participating in our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Zyvenor

Zyvenor is a digital entertainment and gaming community platform. We provide online tournaments, strategy coaching, community membership, and related gaming education services. Zyvenor is operated from 70 Exning Rd, London E16 4ND, United Kingdom.

Important clarification: Zyvenor is a gaming entertainment platform only. It is not a gambling service, financial product, investment scheme, or career placement service. Participation in our events is for entertainment and recreational purposes. No participation in any Zyvenor service guarantees any financial outcome, professional career, or measurable performance improvement.

2. Eligibility

To use Zyvenor's services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be resident in, or able to lawfully access services from, the United Kingdom
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase
• Agree to abide by our Code of Conduct (section 7)

3. Accounts

When you create an account with Zyvenor, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised account access.

4. Services and Payments

Our services are priced as listed on our Services page. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is required before participation in paid events or services.

• Tournament entry fees are confirmed at point of registration
• Coaching session fees are confirmed at point of booking
• Monthly membership fees are charged at the start of each billing period

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Tournament Rules

All participants in Zyvenor tournaments must:

• Comply with the specific rules published for each event
• Attend matches at the scheduled times or notify admins in advance
• Report match results accurately and promptly
• Accept the decisions of Zyvenor's tournament administration team as final
• Not use unauthorised software, exploits, or cheats
• Not engage in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of dishonest play

Violations may result in disqualification, account suspension, or permanent ban from Zyvenor services.

6. Coaching Services

Our coaching services are provided for educational and skill development purposes. Coaches provide good-faith guidance based on their experience and assessment of your gameplay. Zyvenor does not guarantee any specific performance improvement, ranking change, or competitive outcome from coaching sessions.

7. Code of Conduct

All Zyvenor community members are expected to:

• Treat other participants with respect at all times
• Refrain from harassment, bullying, threats, or discriminatory behaviour
• Communicate honestly and in good faith
• Accept match results gracefully, whether win or loss
• Raise disputes through official channels rather than direct confrontation
• Report suspected rule violations to the admin team

The Code of Conduct applies to all community spaces, including Discord channels, match lobbies, and any communications using Zyvenor platforms. It applies equally to all members regardless of seniority or skill level.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zyvenor website — including text, images, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Zyvenor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Zyvenor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

We do not accept liability for: technical interruptions or server downtime; actions of other community members; loss of gaming data; or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

You may cancel your membership or account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes via email. Continued use of Zyvenor services after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
