Real Experiences

"I've been part of a few gaming communities over the years and Zyvenor is easily the most well-organised. The tournament brackets actually work, disputes are handled properly, and the coaching sessions genuinely helped me understand my decision-making patterns."

James H.
Manchester, UK

"I joined mainly for the Friday night casuals and ended up staying for the competitive scene. The community is genuinely friendly — not the toxic mess you find in most online spaces. It's refreshing."

Lauren K.
Bristol, UK

"Marcus's coaching session was eye-opening. I thought I was a decent player but he identified specific habits I'd built up without realising they were holding me back. A month later my ranked results speak for themselves."

Aaron T.
Leeds, UK

"Our team signed up for the team league and it's been brilliant. Six weeks in, we've learned more about coordinating as a unit than we did in two years of playing together casually. The structure really forces you to communicate."

Remi P.
London, UK

"As someone who'd never entered a tournament before, I was worried it would be intimidating. It wasn't at all — the admin team explained everything clearly beforehand and the other players were decent. I came 9th out of 64 and I'm already signed up for next month."

Sophie B.
Edinburgh, UK

"The strategy articles alone are worth joining for. The content is well-researched and written in plain English — no jargon overload, just useful analysis. I've applied ideas from three different guides in my recent sessions."

Michael C.
Birmingham, UK

FAQ

Still have a question? Get in touch and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Is Zyvenor free to join?
Zyvenor offers a free tier that includes access to community spaces, basic articles, and casual game nights. Competitive services, coaching sessions, and tournament entry each have clear, separate fees that are listed on our services page. There are no hidden charges and no subscription auto-renewals without your knowledge.
What games does Zyvenor support?
We currently run events and coaching across several popular PC titles including first-person shooters, real-time strategy, and multiplayer online battle arenas. Our platform is genre-flexible — if there's enough community interest in a game, we work to support it. Check the services page for a current list.
Do I need to be a skilled player to take part?
Not at all. Zyvenor is designed for players at every level. We run beginner-friendly events alongside more competitive formats. If you're new to structured gaming, our coaching and workshop services are specifically designed to help you build confidence before entering competitions.
How are tournaments organised?
All tournaments are run by our dedicated admin team. We use standard bracket formats with clear rules published before registration opens. Players receive a full information pack prior to the event, covering match scheduling, dispute resolution, and code of conduct expectations.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds in line with UK consumer rights. Tournament entry fees may be refunded if cancelled more than 72 hours before the event. Coaching session fees are refundable if cancelled 48 hours in advance. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.
